A NYC government agency, located in Brooklyn, NY, is looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst for a long term contract.
Mandatory Requirements:
-- Minimum two (2) years of experience working on business process analysis, and report design for a project of a similar size and nature involving development of an on-line intranet application with procedures, policies, forms, and a report generator.
--Minimum two (2) years of experience managing one (1) project involving social policy and program analysis on a local governmental level, including creating Microsoft Project Plans.
--One (1) year minimum experience performing quality assurance tasks during new systems implementation.
--Minimum two (2) years of experience with personal computer systems including word processing, spreadsheets, databases and scheduling tools.
--Candidate should know PM protocols.
--Experience with TOAD is a plus.
--Database testing experience is a plus.
Desirable Requirements
-- Experience working with government human service agencies
