It is important that individual candidates strive to reach career objectives. Our in depth pre-qualification process allows us to know our candidates, by conducting assessments and reference checks. We are respectful of your references and do not overburden them with lengthy discussions. Due to our long-time relationships with the senior management of our clients, we can offer real and immediate opportunities.
When potential candidates become placements, either as per-diem consultants or full time employees, the relationship does not end. We are proud of our commitment and long-term relationships with our consultants and full time placements. It is common for our consultants or full-time placements to introduce or refer QED National to their colleagues. The vast majority of our business is referral based, even though QED National does not pay for referrals.
