Please join us on August 22nd, 2012 at 12 noon, while Colleen Molter, President and Founder of QED National and Nancy Ploeger, President of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce join Bruce A. Hurwitz on The Voice of Manhattan Business for a 60-minute radio show to discuss the issues concerning paid sick days within the City of New York. In an effort to advocate, connect and educate our Manhattan business community The Manhattan Chamber of Commerce has developed The Voice of Manhattan Business. The VMB is a weekly radio show that features interviews with leading political figures, business advocates or Chamber members. While on the show, Colleen and Nancy will address the main concerns surrounding the new proposed number of sick days required to city employees. They will discuss both the pros and the cons surrounding the idea as well as identify who the key players will be in this decision. Colleen will be given the opportunity to discuss her opinion on the topic from the viewpoint of a small business owner, while Nancy will take time to explain why this is matter of interest to the New York Chamber of Commerce.
