Fred Seim Joins QED National Team

QED National is proud to announce the newest addition to our Senior Management Team, Fred Seim! Fred joined our team on Sept 30, 2013 and will be managing all QED National Sales operations.

Fred is a Senior Information Technology professional with over 24 years of expertise in PM/QA (Project Monitoring/Quality Assurance) and IV&V (Independent Verification and Validation) with a broad background in successfully working with various government agencies including federal and non-federal clients. Fred is outcome oriented with a reputation of meeting or surpassing client expectations, goals and objectives. In the past 14 years his experience has been as a consultant to the City of New York (NYC) providing guidance, internal oversight plus direct hands-on support in varying degrees to all active engagements supporting more than 24 critical IT and business improvement initiatives for mission critical systems. Immediately prior to that, he worked with more than 7 federal agencies between 1986 and 1999 including consulting Project Director for Project Monitoring/Quality Assurance, QM and Audit Compliance Support Services for the U.S. Customs Service.
