QED National at Check Point’s CPX 360 Cyber Security Summit
Last month, cyber security leader Check Point Software Technologies hosted one of its premier conferences in Miami, Fl. As an official Check Point reseller, QED National was pleased to attend the super-yacht affair. CPX 360 (Miami) illuminated threat prevention strategies and best practices, offering pivotal insight into artificial intelligence capabilities, Internet-of-Things vulnerabilities, and Cyber Security Generation V. Brought to dozens of cities across the world each year, CPX 360 connects cyber security experts to demystify industry trends and the rapidly changing tech ecosystem.
As a gathering point for information and cyber security focused professionals, organizations, and vendors, QED National’s Director of Sales Chuck Weiss found the conference valuable.
“I was particularly impressed by the Internet-of-Things presentation, underscoring the need for advanced security protection on this major platform,” Weiss says.
Weiss supports the firm’s Florida-based customers, serving entities such as Florida Department of Management Services, Florida Department of Transportation, Orlando Utilities Commission, and Palm Beach County to name a few. Considering QED National’s strong cyber/information security practice, the firm knew CPX 360 would be a significant event to participate in.
“This was a great opportunity for Florida organizations focused on strengthening their security strategy,” Weiss says, “to network with Check Point’s Subject Matter Experts and cyber security professionals.”
